We restrict the booking of Design Days to a minimum of 6 weeks from the date of purchase because it typically takes six weeks to complete the workbook and finish training. This is at a focused, steady pace. If you want to be more leisurely, choose a Design Day further out that feels right to you.

Heads up! This purchase is non-refundable, but no worries—you can totally reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice. Your deposit is good for 90 days, so make sure to book your new date within that time. If we don’t hear from you at least 7 days before your scheduled Design Day or the intensive doesn’t happen within the 90-day window, the deposit will be forfeited, and we’ll have to cancel the intensive. If you want to reschedule beyond the 90 days, we might be able to apply your original deposit to a new booking, but it’ll be at the current rate, which could be higher than your original one.

We’re all about completing your yoga site biz on your Design Day! However, we can’t finish if something out of our control happens—like a power outage, natural disaster, or medical emergency. In those cases, we will notify you immediately and reschedule your Design Day to the earliest agreeable date.

If YOU experience a medical emergency, power outage, or natural disaster and cannot collaborate with us on your Design Day, take care of yourself first! We’ll keep moving forward, making design decisions based on your Energy into Action Workbook. When you’re ready to reconnect, we’ll work together to hook up your services, finalize connections, and make any needed edits as soon as we can make space in our schedules.

If you cannot provide timely feedback on your Design Day, we’ll keep the project moving forward based on the work in your Energy into Action Workbook. Your participation on your Design Day is crucial, though. Please do your best to clear your calendar and be fully available so we can create a site you love.

If you’re a no-show, we’ll continue with the build, making the best decisions we can. Any hook-ups will be your responsibility, or you can purchase a Punch List Half-Day for us to finish that part of your build.

The Spark Plugin is included with your website as part of our VIP Design Experience, and like the other plugins, it’s yours to keep for as long as Squarespace and the developers support it. Here’s a key point to remember: if our contract with Spark Plugin is ever terminated, don’t worry—any edits or features we’ve already implemented using the plugin will remain fully functional on your site. However, to make any new changes or implement additional edits using the Spark Plugin, you would need to purchase your own license.

Your site includes three plugins: Spark Plugin, Section Loader Supreme, and Related Posts Plugin. The Spark Plugin doesn't require any management or updates. The other plugins are automatically updated by their creators. In the rare event that a part of an update requires action on your site, we will pass along any notifications we receive, including step-by-step instructions for making the update.

However, it would be difficult to customize your site in one Design Day.
